+: Nice lounge and secured entrance with one security agent. Spacious room. Very nice and professional staff. I called the reception late and they sent me someone in 5min
-: Room are outdated, some lamps did not work, no plugs socket next to the bed. Furniture is old. Bedroom needs to be refurbished.

+: Staff very helpful, professional and very polite. When staff could not speak English well, they quickly engaged a staff member to assist and we were able to communicate. Staff were very attentive. We had an issue with room service delivery and very quickly the F&B manager was at our door to rectify the situation, he was very professional and courteous. We were happy with the service we received. Room was very quiet, no noise outside the room or from street level.
-: Bed was hard. Could not get the light in the wardrobe closet to go out, it stayed on all night. Our initial food order from room service was well below standard, bordering on appalling, the F&B manager visited us and took away the food and returned later with Squid salad and Tom Yum Kung as an apology, my partner said the food was amazing. Room could do with a bit of an update, particularly the wardrobe door which would not close and comes off it's track easily.

+: I stayed here for a long time, but overall it was satisfactory. The hotel itself was spacious and comfortable. The manager, restaurant manager, doorman, and cleaning staff who cleaned my room were all excellent. I'm especially grateful to the assistant manager.
-: I wish they'd make it possible to watch foreign channels. I couldn't watch the Olympics at all.The breakfast menu is almost the same every day, so it's not good for long-term stays. All the menus taste similar, so you get tired of them after a few days. I wish they would provide 100% fresh juice. It tastes so bad I can't drink it.The biggest improvement of all is, all the front staff except the assistant manager and the restaurant manager and the hall staff except the cook are completely lacking in hospitality! No smiles. No greetings. No greetings returned. At check-in, they just handed over the card key without any explanation and that was it. Unacceptable as a hotelier. No, unacceptable as a person!I gave it a harsh rating, but if that point is improved, it will be a very wonderful hotel. All staff should participate in the hospitality course at Kasetsart University opposite and learn about hospitality from scratch! I sincerely hope that I can have a pleasant stay next time.
