+: Good location and private pool

-: Master bedroom had foul smell coming out from the aircon. Informed the staff and they said they’re checking on the issue, but the smell lasted the entire stay.

+: Location was excellent, quiet with a short walk to main restaurants and the beach. Easy self check in. Good space in villa at excellent value.

-: The customer service team were really inconsistent in responding. Some stuff was really difficult to arrange or facilitate. Domestic information in villa could have been much improved (eg wifi password, taxi, takeaways, trip info needs updating etc). You are better off just arranging your own transfers and needing them as little as possible. Pool tiles along edging was in need of repair (very clearly).

-: Kitchen abit bare, could atleast make sure you have basics like salt and pepper. Very annoying to keep having to buy these items everywhere I go
