+: The location of the hotel is very good, just across the road is the beach by the sea and it only took 2 minutes from our room to the beach. The breakfast was also ok, it would have been perfect if we could have offered some noodles. We've been to different parts of Thailand 4 times now and this hotel is supposed to be the best value for money and highly recommended. There are two very good restaurants near the hotel, one is a short walk from the beach, about ten minutes, called On the rock, by the sea, with a very nice environment. Another is the hotel out of the left hand side, about 100 meters walk location, there is a very small restaurant, called Mounty seafood, the food is very fresh, is the best pineapple we have ever eaten in Thailand fried vegetables, shrimp is also very fresh, reasonably priced. Also, between the hotel and Mounty seafood, there is a fruit store with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice, which we went to every day. The lady in the corner of the hotel lobby where we could book our sea trip was very warm and friendly and gave us a lot of help. She helped us with our itinerary and gave us a lot of valuable advice, helped us call a car to the airport, and didn't forget to give us wet wipes before we got in the car. I hope to see her again on our next visit to Phuket.

-: A guest brought his dog down to the hotel's internal pool, which was very unsanitary, and the waiter at the poolside bar saw it and ignored it.

+: Habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Bonita zona de piscinas. Frente a la playa.

-: Aunque estaba frente a la plays, está algo alejado de la zona de mayor actividad y entretenimiento.

+: The hotel is near beach where it's easy to get.

-: I can't fine any smile on the face of staffs in the reception,especially the elder women.When you talk to them it seems they didn't have patience to listen.It's the worst experience for me in Thailand.

-: The shower was one of the worst I've ever encountered anywhere in the world. It went from a dribble of water coming out to hot and no cold adjustment possible. It's only time and someone's child will be scalded (burnt) When reception were advised they offered no compensation whatsoever. They said I should have told them earlier. Do they think I'm so stupid that I believe they could have fixed a major plumbing issue like this! It's just a cheap plumbing job done on this building that is going to keep coming back and biting the hotel owner.
