+: Ce resort est absolument fabuleux ! On se croirait au club med. Tout est parfait : 3 magnifiques piscines (dont une pour enfants, une autre avec bar au milieu, et une plus calme nichée dans la verdure avec chambres donnant directement dessus). Plusieurs restaurants avec énormes buffets. La plage est exceptionnelle et rien que pour l'hotel avec transats. Un restaurant en bordure de plage pour le midi. De la musique live tous les soirs.Le personnel au petits soins et tellement souriant. Un bureau d'excursions d’excellent conseil. Des chambres très grandes et très belles. Bref, j'ai tout adoré. Des navettes pour aller dans le centre de Pathong qui se trouve à 14h du resort.

+: The pool facilitites were amazing. We have three tweenteenage children and there was plenty to keep them entertained all day. the basketball hoop in the pool was a great asset, as was the lazy river. The swim up bar was excellent and enjoyed by us all. The variety of activities held during the day was a bonus, we enjoyed the football golf, volleyball, heina tattoos, and much more. The food options were a plenty. Best buffet breakfast ever! There was something for everyone., the complementary iceblocks and watermelon around the pool during the day was a nice touch and the dining options at night meant we could try something different each day we were there. The gym was excellent. It had all new equipment, and an extensive array of machines and equipment to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our son had a burst ear drum during our stay and they had a doctor to us in half an hour, who managed to get us the next available appointment at the ENT department at the hospital. We could not fault the resort on facilities or staff - amazing! Another thing to note was the locals at either end of the beach offering massages and laundy services, both were cheap and excellent! We could not fault this resort and would defintiely recomment it - going there with an all inclusive package is highly recommended.

-: There was nothing we could fault from our experience. Though one thing I will say is we were a little disappointed with the beach. luckily the other facilities were excellent so if didn't impact our stay at all.
