+: I liked the location primarily, quickly followed by the attentive managers. The homestay is conveniently located to the SK11 gym, two 711s and multiple food places. Then there's the short walk to the beach and the night market. The managers are always informative, quickly responsive to your needs, and sometimes will go out of their way to do that (like taking me to the Immigration Office in Patong to extend my visa).

-: Everything was great. I'd stayed at Phuket Racha Kata Homestay for 28 days in 2023, and had mentioned in my review for that period that the AC in my room wasn't operating efficiently. When I returned in 2024 the AC had been replaced.

+: A super welcoming owner always ready to help and give infos on the surrounding area, the nice spacious room with a balcony at a fair price with a good aircon and wifi. There is free water and coffee every day, laundry service is provided quick and efficient. The area is very quiet, close to the beach (15min walk) and the night market is just 5min from the hotel. There is a 7-Eleven nearby and a microwave as well for food options.

-: Beware than the mattress is quite tuff, gotta get used to it !

-: El piso del baño no tenía el desnivel correcto por que luego de las duchas quedaba siempre con agua el piso del baño

+: Excellent host - very helpful and polite. Everything was super clean. I even saw one of the staff cleaning lines between the tiles with a toothbrush.Great location, both close to the beach, the Nightmarket, and quiet at the same time.

-: The water pressure in the shower was weak.No semi transparent curtains. You either don't have any sunlight or don't have any privacy.A more modern TV with Netflix would also be nice.

+: Very spacious and clean rooms. Great value for money.

+: What a find! Perfect homestay, family who run it are lovely. Room was well equipped and beautiful decor. Large rooms with a balcony and en suite. Very quiet. Great location to the markets and beach. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again. Great value!
