+: We had a mixed experience during our stay at PJ Patong Hotel. Upon check-in, we were initially disappointed with the service from a staff member, we don't know the name, however she was there when we did checkin at 02:00, whose attitude was not welcoming. Unfortunately, this seemed to be the case with other guests as well. However, our experience took a turn for the better when we met staff name Jen the next day. She truly embodies excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Jen was not only helpful with housekeeping and other services but also provided us with valuable guidance during our stay. Her assistance significantly improved our overall experience at the hotel. Overall, the services at PJ Patong were good, but it was Jen who made our stay enjoyable. Thank you, Jen, and thank you, PJ Patong Hotel.
