+: Staff and owner are a great asset to this establishment. Ann, sometimes known by a couple of other names by the owner of the business, Roger 😆.. was excellent,helpful, and very hardworking .with a lovely, nearly permanent smile. Sasha, the dog, was there also to meet and greet.Roger, the owner, was a wealth of information and recommended restaurants, including a great Indian restaurant within walking distance.The location and setting of the hotel were excellent for us, very close to the beach, and close enough to the action but quiet enough as well. The aircon was excellent and essential., showers and toilet were wetroom style. Showers were powerful Beds were comfy,laundry and cleaning were excellent ,thank-you to those staff ,I didn't speak to..Pool was lovely and cleaned well ,not the biggest but adequate .for this small friendly hotel.Decor is a little tired in the rooms, but the price reflected this .The level of service and can't do enough for you attitude made up for this.Roger informed us that the pool and rooms were part of an upgrade program starting this year after high season.To sum up, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return.great value for money from your family feelingstyle hotelStayed in 202 and 204.Water was put in the room for arrival and daily after.

-: Bed side lamp may be worth considering, but not a worry

+: Lit fait tous les jours, serviette propre, piscine propre et beaucoup de bouteille d'eau et surtout la plage, il suffit de traverser la rue.

+: Location was great.

-: The room was very old and shabby, I.e. the decor, furniture, the bathroom door. The shower water was cold. They only gave one room key, and there were 2 of us. There were hardly any staff members. The man who sits at reception (maybe the manager or owner of the property) was super rude and defensive for no reason. He was rude to other guests (a group of boys that were staying at the hotel) he spoke to them inappropriately when it was unnecessary. No apppropriate pavement leading up to the hotel (it's an upwards hill). When i asked for help with our luggage, the manager said to "just drag it up yourself", bearing in mind it was boiling hot and we were girls with large and small suitcases each and had to pull our luggage up some steps as well as the hill. He sat around drinking for hours outside and when I tried to be friendly, he got very sarcastic with me, was drunk and rude and started telling me he feels like he has to be 'defensive' around me. He didn't make me or my friend feel comfortable. He complained about me asking for help with my luggage and when I told him my room was full of mosquitos, (expecting him to help) he started being very rude saying you must be the only human that gets bitten in this country, etc etc. When i walked away from the conversation, he was shouting out, telling me to come and sit back down and was addressing me as the mosquito girl. When I passed by the next morning, the guy made a sarcastic remark..this isn't the correct way to treat your customers, especially girls..it made us feel uncomfortable. He also complained about me being a bad person to my friend, asking her why she is friends with me because im a cold person. Thank god we only booked 2 nights and then moved on to another. The guy treats his customers rudely. Please be careful when booking this hotel. The guy is a creep.
