+: The staff were absolutely fantastic. If anything was wrong they came to fix the problem quickly and were very helpful. A huge bonus is that you get cleaning included daily! They came to replace amenities and clean every single day. The pool was huge and lovely to cool off in. Also they only took a 1,000 baht deposit and returned it fully on leaving.
-: The photos aren’t 100% what you are getting in real life. The apartments are more catered towards students and a bit more aged to what it depicts. The apartment is small and has basic amenities. There is only a stove, toaster and a kettle (which we asked for). NO microwave or oven and very basic utensils. Also to note that the gym has NO aircon and only 2 fans, the equipment is dated too. In saying this we would most probably return but stay in a bigger apartment in future.
