+: We fit 4 people into one room. A very large room for a very affordable price. The location is relatively nice on a street with food and about 15 mins away from Kata beach. The staff were very accommodating and helped us as much as they could.

-: Upon entering the room, we saw that there were mosquitoes and a big spider in the bathroom. Some creepy crawlies on the floor too. Even more so, an unpleasant smell filled the room and we asked the staff to spray it down and they very kindly did so. We were told the room hasn’t been booked for a while but they were aware of our booking at least a day prior and we would have hoped to come into a clean room already ready for us :c

+: The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was cleaned every day and drinks as well as towels were provided.

-: The location of the accommodation was unfortunately not optimal. Although it was near Patong Beach, there was no possibility for a cozy meal anywhere nearby.

+: spacious and clean accommodation. a swimming pool right in front of the room. very pleasant. the receptionist is adorable and makes herself available very quickly

+: Lovely spacious rooms with great light . Big fridge and tv , the cleaners were meticulous and daily left the rooms spotless, and refilled our tea bags coffee and water . In fact all the staff were really great and made the stay that much better.

+: Upon arriving I was greeted by such a friendly and energetic host! The entire staff throughout my stay was not only extremely welcoming, but very knowledgeable. I got the insights of great food and beach access straight from a trusted local source! Also, the front desk host even helped arrange a taxi for me on the day I needed to leave.

-: Climbing up the hills in the heat + 3 stories to my room was a bit much. Other than that, nothing! Kata Sea Host was great. I'll be back again I'm sure of it :D
