-: - I lost the room card (which can happen to any one of us) and they charged me 15€- They didn’t allow me to use my drone (while i have all the documentation needed form the government) - They don’t have laundry service - It’s empty place around you have to always book a taxi or any transportation to arrive to the center - Room is too small and there is no a microwave at least to warm up the food - They give us the worst views in Phuket , just in front of nothing …
