-: I am writing to send a complaint about skylight villas the issues I have faced at the new residence over the past few days.On the first night, there was an 8-hour continuous outage of both water and electricity, which prevented us from sleeping properly.For the next two days, there was a water outage lasting more than 24 hours, forcing us to leave the house to attend to our basic needs.As a valued customer, I expect to be compensated for these problems that have caused inconvenience and additional costs to my family and me.I kindly request you to investigate this issue and ensure that it does not happen again in the future.
