+: Sadly the worst hotel I have stayed at. The room was big but the bathroom had a weird urine smell when I checked in. The tiles had black molds everywhere and it is so black that you can see it from afar. The sink had red molds (clearly has not been cleaned at all) and the shower head had brown build up……. The gym is nothing like the pictures as you can see in the photos I took. The aircon had the inside exposed, dusty, not sure if that’s even safe…. and there is no windows, fans were rusty and did not work, no ventilation whatsoever in a gym!? Machines were rusty to say the least, and the running machine was squeaking very loudly when I was running on it. And it was clear that nothing was being cleaned after I had a cleaner cleaned my room and the tiles were left wet…. And didn’t do anything in the shower which explains the build up Nothing is maintained properly so left after staying there for 2 days. The only thing that was good was their buffet which was very delicious, but that is all I can say.

-: Unfortunately everything….there is also not much to do around the area, except for the beach IProbably nicer if you stay near Old Town, Ibis and Novetel were pretty clean and the staff are very nice and kind so definitely recommend them!!!

+: The staff were very understanding and helpful. The pool was amazing and the waterslide was a big hit..

-: The breakfast in the morning was always cold. They cooked omelettes and left them on the counter for people to take but they were cold. The cleaners didn’t clean the room properly there was always sand and dirt on our floor then it would go into our bed. I lost my shoes under couch and when I looked under the couch there is soooo much moled. Air conditioning needs to be cleaned out.

+: We were a couple + our 1 year old daughter and we stayed in a Artsy deluxe room that came with a king-sized bed. Room was good and the AC kept it nice and cool. Our room was 2nd floor and faced the breakfast dining area and we didn't have trouble with noise or anything. Breakfast was amazing - waffles with whipped cream and an assortment of toppings (if wanted), bacon, eggs, hams, sausage, fried tomatoes, fresh fruits and salads, yoghurts, quite a few local dishes, coffee (not recommended for us Melbourne sorts), tea, juices and bakery sweets. The kids playroom (with padded floor) was heaps better than any others we had been to and included a ball pit, couple of slides, lego and other toys. The restaurant associated with the (?Kiri) was really quite pleasant and we ate here 3 times. It was a little more pricey than your typical little eatery but if you were to order the same dish at both restaurants, then this one gave better bang for buck. For example, we got the pineapple fried rice at a local small restaurant and price was 120 thai baht and there were 2 prawns in it. But, at Kiri, it cost 160 Thai Baht (or something similar to that) but there were lots more prawns, serving size was bigger and a nicer atmosphere including non-plastic chairs. The pool had a big slide and everything else you wanted.

-: The gym didn't have AC although it did have 2 heavy duty fans that did the job. The heaviest weights were 12.5kg so it just meant modifying exercises to work with these. It would be nice to have a chin up bar and dip bar. At breakfast, a few people were filling containers with food (after already eating) and taking it away with them. There should be a sign there that states that offenders will be charged a full breakfast fee if caught doing this. It costs the equivalent of $5AUD for a decent lunch dinner at the local restaurants. If you're trying to save money, stay somewhere cheaper. Tight arses!

-: تعامل موظفي الاستقبال كان سيء ولا يوجد تعاونكذلك ابواب الغرف لا تعزل الصوت ولا يوجد فيها أمان للأغلاق الذاتي في حال تركت الباب مفتوح ، ولذلك تسمع أصوات كل من يمشي في الممرات

-: La habitación no era la que escogí, tuve que pagar un extra para que mejorara la vista porque casi todas las habitaciones eran iguales, la cama no es muy cómoda

-: The room I got it is very noisy because it is close to children pool and they want to charge me 200B hour if I want to have late check out. where I request it since beginning. I have a meeting and need time to pack.
