+: We had an overall good experience at the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff, as mentioned in other reviews, really made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good, and we particularly enjoyed the Mooping, though the options weren't particularly special, with limited healthy choices and a sparse kid's menu. The private pool, unfortunately, was not as clean as expected, with sharp tiles and poorly maintained sealant. On the positive side, my daughter loved the kid's pool, and my dad and I had fun playing table tennis. Despite some minor issues, we had a pleasant stay.

+: The whole experience was beyond our imagination, it was really superb for the price we paid. There were only us in the entire pool, the gym was great. Buffer breakfast was excellent too! The room was the best I've stayed ever. There were a jet bath spa, huge 2 beds, and even a sofa outside! It may be distant from central city, but we can go there with taci in 20 mins, so why not stay here and save some money for night activities?

-: As a Japanese, onsen wasn't as good as one in my country, but still it was comforting!
