+: The friendliest, most welcoming host in all the places I have stayed in Thailand 😁 Lovely, clean, spacious room with amazing view from the balcony. Really quiet despite only being 7 minutes walk to the night market7-11 and 10 minutes to the beach. A really generous supply of tea and coffee in the room too, and lovely smelling clean towels! Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

+: Die Zimmer sind echt gut und auch sehr groß. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich im Zimmer. Ausserdem ist die Lage nicht schlecht wenn man Abends Ruhe genießen will, man jedoch den Vorteil hat 5 Minuten zum Night Market zu laufen. Aber das beste daran ist das die Besitzerin eine sehr nette Lady ist. Sie gibt einem Tipps, ist sehr lustig und unterhaltsam. Außerdem kann man sich direkt bei ihr einen Roller mieten oder auch Ausflüge planen. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und als Traveller braucht man nicht mehr was in diesem Zimmer ist. Ich komme gern beim nächsten mal wieder.

-: Leider hab ich sehr viel bezahlt für das Hotel, aber ich war eben auch zur High Session da. Da ist es nicht einfach etwas spontanes zu finden.

+: The location of this guethouse was fantastic! It is close enough to everything you need, but far enough from the bustle to be quiet and peaceful at night. The room was clean and comfortable amd good value for money. The owner, Si, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure that I had a very comfortable stay. I'd love to stay here again when I come back to Kata.

+: Perfect combo of quiet location, yet near the beach, price, facilities, and hospitality. Beach towels, everyday cleaning, balcony, AC, good sleep. We also booked a car through Si at a good price.

+: La camera è molto confortevole. La signora che gestisce la struttura è super gentile, accogliente e disponibile in caso di bisogno. C'è anche la possibilità di noleggiare scooter a prezzo agevolato in quanto clienti. La posizione è vicina a tutti i posti di interesse ed è in zona tranquilla. Acqua e caffè tutti i giorni.
