+: Perfect location for my weekend needs, nice warm welcome, reception staff were excellent, upgraded to a bigger room FOC. BTS station right outside. After an hour in the room, found water all over the kitchenette floor, swift response from maintenance and housekeeping, issue resolved in an hour.

-: Limited facilities, advised that they do not open the restaurant until 10 am in the morning for breakfast. Excepted this so asked what time the pool opens so I can go for a swim before breakfast Pool is not open until next month!! .. Booking.com says all year round. The room has floor to ceiling glass walls with no tinted glass and was incredibly hot, Ac would not cool it until evening. In the night more water on the floor in the dressing room area as AC leaking. Breakfast the next morning, no buffet just what was termed an American breakfast with no tea or coffee. Hot and cold taps not identified, poor wifi strength. Only one English language TV channel Aljezzara news. ... Poor value for money.
