+: Staff is good in terms of promptness and trustworthy. Had a smooth check in.
-: We had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and each room had some problem or the other. - hotel room on the first night didnt have a working lock. We had to use a string attached to the inside door handle.As long as we were in a room it was safe but if we had to go out the string had to be pulled to the outside from below the door. - second night we got another room but it wasn't all that better. The AC used to reduce temperature on its own and the some lights didnt work.- Ac in all rooms was really dirty and required full maintainence.
