-: no hot water in kitchen tapthings not working like toaster, tv, Bluetooth etcthe stained sheets on the bed.

+: Nice view to the sea. Spacious apartment.

-: We stayed in the penthouse at Palm building 2605. The main problem was that the apartment is very hot since the living room has big windows with no sunscreens. The air conditioning system is very noisy and could not cool the apartment. In addition we were informed after we entered the apartment that we need to pay for electricity above 30kw per day. The actual electricity usage per day is at least 150kw. Although we ordered 5 nights, we left after 2 nights. In total we did not enjoy our stay.
