+: Wunderbares Resort mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Sehr gute Restaurants mit extraklasse Essen.Man wird per Caddy im gesamten Resort kutschiert.
-: Etwas weit nach Chaweng, man wird aber 3x kostenlos per Hoteltransfer am Tag dort hin gefahren.

-: Holiday ended extremely badly after staff member Woody who attempted to please another rude guest with a false complaint at the expense of our well being and our respect, this left a very negative impression on our last few hours which leads me to need to state this in this public forum. Otherwise the rooms need some renovation to upholstery and fittings. Shower head was broken and window blinds were unevenly fixed.

Ne correspond pas à un standard 5 étoiles client kids club avec une personne pour 15 enfants.. l’animateur prévu n’est pas la c’est pas grave on peut laisser votre enfant se débrouiller tout seul. les restaurants sont disposés comme des cantines. personnel très aimable mais insuffisant en nombre. Attente donc partout invraisemblable en Asie. heureusement que nous avions passé que 3 jours. On a jamais vu autant de bouteilles plastiques jetés autour dans la piscine. chaleur intenable au petit déjeuner service très moyen
