+: Wir hatten einen wunderschönes Bungalow. Nicht direkt am Strand ... aber fast. Wir haben es sehr genossen. - Grösse und Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen. - Die direkte Lage zum sehr schönen, grossen und langen Strand war ein grosser Pluspunkt. Von hier können Spaziergänge, Restaurant- und Barbesuche unternommen werden. - Das Frühstückangebot und die Atmosphäre im Lokal war sehr gut. - Trotz der Anlagegrösse wirkt das Hotel sehr familiär und ruhig, was wir effektiv auch gesucht haben.

+: Endroit calme, dans la nature, avec une belle plage. Séjour agréable (adults only). A l'extérieur, à quelle mètres, 2 pépites: le salon de massage Ploy Lanta, masseuses agréables et surtout efficaces pour trouver les points qui coince. Génial et pas cher... D'autre part, le restaurant L.Maladee, à 100m de l'hôtel. Un restaurant sympa, plats délicieux, patron et personnel (une grand famille) adorables. Deux adresses à essayer absolument si on loge au Twin Lotus.

-: Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privée, no 935. L'idée d'une piscine privée est bonne, avec salle de bain à l'extérieur, mais la piscine est vraiment petite, et surtout, aucune vue sur l'extérieur depuis la chambre, on se sent dans une boîte fermée. Une vitre transparente entre la chambre et la salle de bain piscine serait bienvenue. Tout cela est petit. Il semble que ce groupe de chambre avec piscine ait été construit récemment, et la qualité de construction et les finitions sont très médiocres. La porte d'entrée fermait mal, on voyait filtrer la lumière extérieure porte fermée. Et la climatisation est très, trop, bruyante. Mais l'endroit est calme, dans la nature, avec une belle plage. Si nous devions revenir, nous prendrons une "villa" avec vue mer, sans piscine.

+: L’emplacement, le personnel, l’infrastructure générale.

+: Det var en super beliggenhed, med en rigtig flot strand og tæt på by med restauranter mm. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, et stort udvalg, og frisk og lækkert.

-: Paddelbordet havde ingen finne, så det kunne kun bruges som legetøj. Vi boede på to forskellige værelser, det ene havde en rigtig god seng, i det andet var sengen gammel seng, formet som en hængekøje. I det sidste værelse trak aircondition meget.

+: We stayed at the Twin Lotus for our honeymoon. I had booked a double room with a plunge pool however on arrival we were upgraded to a pool villa meaning we had the most beautiful bungalow for our four night stay.The bed was very comfortable, sheets were light and soft and there was a mosquito net available to protect against bites. The shower was powerfuland warm and there was a TV and a hairdryer as well as complimentary toiletries and a minibar. 1 litre of water per day was provided to us for free. The room also came with robes, towels and slippers, and was exceptionally clean and perfectlymade up each day.We were welcomed at the entrance of the hotel by a security guard and the concierge who kindly took our bags to our room. The check in process was slick and we were able to refresh with a cool towel and a delicious juice drink.The pool bar was busy all day but you could always get a seat and the staff were so attentive. One even remembered we mentioned we would like drinks at happy hour and promptly came over to the beach area to ask what we wanted. All staff were so friendly and attentive.The food was so good! We had a curry for lunch at the Baracuda Beach Bar and it was devine. I am coeliac so I was really pleased to see plenty of naturally gluten free options, Savannah Cider bottles at the bar and wine options.The resort is located right on the beach and has plenty of shops a short walk from the hotel. There is a taxi station right outside, it is very close to Sala Dan in location and the hotel offered a free first come first served shuttle to Sala Dan daily.Smile Lanta are the travel company based at hotel reception, they booked us onto an amazing day trip kayaking and exploring the nearby mangroves and islands. They also booked us a door to door transfer by taxi and ferry to our onwards hotel.The thing I loved the most was the spa!

-: My only suggestion for improvement would be for the breakfast buffet. At times cups for coffee weren’t available and glasses for juices were also not available when we arrived. It was very busy with lots of people and a long queue for eggs. This could be improved by setting glassware at the table to prevent it running out.

+: Very large property that is spread out so you never feel like it is crowded. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. Beds are comfy. Lots of hot water. Friendly, hard working staff. Close to some little convenience stores accessible by the beach. Saladan Pier and shops are a 10 minutes away by Tuk.
