+: The location is just perfect for nature lovers, very serene and quiet. The staff and service is good (can be better). The cart service is always available to assist. The rooftop swimming pool views. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of location, views and peaceful surroundings

-: The breakfast was a little lacking for Muslim or non far asian residents, and the hotel promised to improve. The bed was harder than expected (housekeeping tried to improve it, but maybe mattresses need a re visit). Room service food standard is below par,although food at the hotel restaurant was way better. Had to order from Grab for the kids the next day.

+: Beautiful property with amazing view amongst rice fields Nice big size rooms with own pool. Amazing food.

+: המיקום של המלון מאוד מאוד יפה, בתוך הג׳ונגל. האווירה מאוד רגועה ונעימה. הצוות נחמד מאוד, אדיב ונעים

-: זה היה יכול להיות מלון מרהיב אבל התחזוקה שלו לוקה בחסר וזה מורגש בכל מקום. רעפים וחרסינות שבורים, צבע מתקלף, כתמים על הקירות וכו׳.. גם איכות המצעים והמגבות לא טובה והחדר לא מרגיש מפנק. זה לא מלון 5 כוכבים כפי שמצויין

-: Sofa และเบาะนั่งแล้วเลื่อน ตลอดการใช้งานไม่ดีมาก

+: The higher room for breakfast had breathtaking views of the mountains. It was nice being away from downtown for relaxation but it did feel far from anything we wanted to do outside the resort. The staff was very nice and welcoming! When our tv wasn't working staff came promptly to help trouble shoot. The room wasnt as nice as expected for the price but again the views were worth it and overall was a great stay!

+: L’emplacement en pleine nature, l’architecture incroyable, la piscine avec une vue terrible, le petit déjeuné, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse vue sur le jardin.

-: Point d’amélioration à considérer sur l’accueil, prendre le temps d’expliquer les installations et le fonctionnement de l’hôtel, pas seulement l’heure du petit déjeuner… Le prix des plats.

+: 위치는 산속이라 시내랑 좀 떨어져있지만 경치가 너무 좋아요속소시설도 오래되었지만 관릭잘되어서 10년이 지나다시 묶었는데도 그대로였어요너무 좋아서 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶어요~

-: 위치가 산속이라 볼트로 택시잡아도 택시기사들이 추가요금을 요구하더라구요하지만 호텔 셔틀버스 이용하면 님만이랑 나이트바자로 갈수 있어서 좋아요
