-: Rien ça m'a gâcher mes vacances, c'était une escrocrie,attention pour commencer les photos sont fausses,la piscine es beaucoup plus petite.Deuxiement,la villa n'est pas entière, elle es partager avec d autres locataires au 1 étage avec des fenêtres qui donne sur la piscine,donc la tranquillité sans vis à vis on oublie,on entend ce qui se passe au 1er étage et les personnes peuvent nous voir dans la piscine donc encore un mensonge,troisiement ,frigo ,lavabo ect....sale et prévoyez quelques première nécessité car ya rien du tout .quatrième on es rester 4 jours on y dormait que le soir à partir de 22h,il a oser nous demander une facture de 1800 baths alors qu'on dehors toute la journée,il nous restait que 1400 baths pour le taxi il nous les a pris sans gêne, j'ai contacter booking mais pas de réponse encore en tt cas cet homme es un escroc regarder sur Google et les autres avis je vous le déconseille vraiment.Ne faites pas attention à sa réponse à ce message il fera tout pour sauver sa peau quitte à raconter des histoires ,dommage je n'ai pas penser à prendre des photos pour le commentaire

+: Very nice villa with a wonderful owner! There is everything you need, very quietly, we were cleaned once in 10 days, the linen was completely changed, the pool was cleaned every 3 days. I liked everything 100%, I recommend it to everyone! We'll be back again, the owner doesn't ask unnecessary questions

-: The only negative is that every day at 5 am prayers were heard

+: Location is really good. 2 min drive to Kamala beach. Ample restaurants, bars, a 711 and pharmacy at the end of the road. Cleaners were great. Landlady communicated very quickly and if there were any issues, these were addressed promptly. Villa is very spacious and pool is a great feature.Parking available which was very convenient.And accommodation allowed our small dog which was great!

-: Beds could be comfier, mattress is a bit hard.

+: La struttura è spaziosa per un gruppo di quattro persone avendo tre bagni e due letti matrimoniali belli larghi ma nel nostro gruppo eravamo cinque e i letti singoli sono in realtà dei divani in pelle molto scomodi quindi se si è più di quattro la sconsiglierei a priori. La piscina nonostante la pioggia è mantenuta bene e durante il soggiorno veniva fatta manutenzione per poterne usufruire. Inoltre la villa è situata in una zona molto tranquilla dove l'unico rumore che si sente sono le rane e qualche tipo di moschea quando fanno la preghiera.

-: Allora partendo dall'importante presupposto che non si trova in una zona centrale di kamala ma bisogna fare un bel tratto (circa una decina di minuti a piedi) per usufruire dei servizi principali come market e bar. La struttura è sporca, abbiamo trovato polvere e ragnatele ovunque oltre a trovare una blatta in bagno, formiche e lucertole in alcune zone della casa.Una delle porte della casa non si chiudeva, nel senso che la serratura è rotta e quindi la struttura resta aperta anche chiudendo la porta principale. Alla mia richiesta di risolvere la situazione al proprietario mi è stato risposto che in realtà i Thai non rubano nelle case. Chiaramente confido nei buoni usi e costumi della popolazione locale e sono d'accordo col proprietario ma resta comunque inaccettabile che una casa possa restare aperta durante il soggiorno.L'ultima nota dolente è il pagamento della corrente utilizzata al checkout. Ho prenotato numerose strutture qui su booking e mai mi è capitato una cosa del genere. Consiglio per il proprietario: rimuoverei la spesa della corrente elettrica, questo elemento negativo gli farà prendere solo recensioni negative e per recuperare qualche decina di euro sinceramente non ne vale la pena.

-: Firstly we cancelled our first choice of accommodation in favour of the villa jungle, because of its outdoor sun lounge area and pool. Only to be told 9 days before we travelled they changed our accommodation and ended up in a complex. The villa was quite large although neglected a little. But the pool area which had been the main attraction of the jungle villa. Was very small with no sun lounging area at all in fact gets little are no sun.
