+: The pool and the size of the facility.
-: - I had rented this villa as it has 3 bedrooms, however one of the bedroom's AC wasn't working and it has not been repaired. my 3rd kid had to sleep on the sofa 'the worse sofa i have ever stayed on' old and not comfortable. - You will never be able to sleep on the master bedroom's bed it was making annoying noises even when you turn to one side. - The master bedroom door has no lock. - The main living area bathroom has no blinds, you can't use it as the window is right on the main entrance of the villa. - The Garage door was not working and you had to chain lock it with a pad lock every time you go or come in. - most of the doors in the facility are sliding and when you open one door the entire family wakes up as they were very noise.
