+: Very cozy house. Wish I can take it home with me.

+: Its location. It must have been a very nice property. The roof terrace could be lovely.

-: It was undermaintained. The pool was dirty on day 2 and nobody came to clean it when they said they would. The outdoor furniture was in bad state and dirty. The cushions and sofas were not very clean. Taps of basins were loose. The towels were of bad quality and left blue fluff everywhere. The doors and locks were very difficult to open. Most plants were dead.

+: the place is excellent. it has three excellent bedrooms, a functional kitchen and a tiny pool.

-: the pool, roof top lounge area, living room

+: Good location, big house

-: We stayed for 5 nights nobody came to clean not even once. I asked for travel agency 2 weeks before we visit Tunisia to arrange trip to oasis and didn't give any info until the day we arrived that was already late, could not find someone do it last minute. The owner and the manager did not have good communication, manager did not know i had requested for private transfer from the airport all that 3 hours before our arrival, he was asking me and didn't know what I have booked and speak through booking with the owner. Internet was not working well. Rooftop had nice view but was very dirty. Worst experience in hospitality and its not my first trip to Africa. Other Tunisian people we met where much more helpful and organized.

+: localisation très centrale dans sidi bousaid !

-: Les salles de bain seraient à refaire (traces de moisi, porte de douche cassée). Il était annoncé que de la lessive serait présente et rien du tout. Même pas une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à l'arrivée ! Le ménage était normalement inclus, on a du le réclamer chaque jour. Dommage !

+: L'endroit est superbe. Très bien situé

+: L'emplacement de la maison, la terrasse sur le toit

-: La maison était très bien il y a 4 ans lors de notre séjour précédent mais à présent elle mérite une sérieuse rénovation et un ménage plus en profondeur. Coussins de terrasse déchirés, feuilles dans la piscine, mégots sur la terrasse, humidité dans les douches. C'est beau de loin mais si on gratte un peu c'est sujet à amélioration. Piscine trouble et personne n'a daigné se déplacer
