+: The hotel and amenities were good.

-: The problem we had was not with the hotel but with the management organization. When we arrived, we were told some fairytales about a fire that happened in the hotel a day ago (no sign of it of course), which is the reason they could not have checked us in for two days. We were offered to stay in another hotel for these two days, which was literally the worst hotel I have ever been in - dirty, smelly, crowded, with disgusting food and amenities. Obviously there was no fire, and Adora just overbooked (despite charging us well in advance when we booked). Still waiting to receive a refund for these two missed days.

+: Este locul perfect pentru cei fără pretenții. Mulți vârstnici, și am văzut și o persoana cu o boala grava de piele, și mi-a trecut plăcerea de concediu. Personalul amabil, primitor, este locul ideal pentru plaja, plaja cu pietriș, puțin nisip. M-am luat după recenzii și din păcate nu a fost chiar la nivelul așteptărilor noastre.Se poate și mai bine

-: Curățenia lasă de dorit. Prosoape foarte uzate, chiar am avut o zi cu un prosop de fata cu gauri, cu miros urât, unele miroseau a mâncare. Lenjeria de pat nu a fost schimbata în 7 nopți de cazare. Baia nu a fost curățată, zona de dus nici atât. Cat am curățat noi, atât. La masă nu a fost diversificat, carne foarte puțină, mai mult legume și brânzeturi. Ma așteptam să fie mai diversificata. Băuturile nu mai zic... o limonada nu aveți, cocktail uri cu coloranți. Pe plaja , șezlongurile fără perne, foarte uzate, necurățate. Sper sa va implicați mai mult. Cu siguranță nu ne mai întoarcem. Mi-a lăsat un gust amar

+: Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Sandstrand, unterschiedliche Auswahl am Buffet, täglich frische Handtücher für den Strand, Strandliegen qualitativ sauber, Poolliegen ebenfalls sauber. Anlage sauber, fitnessraum sauber, getränke und cocktails waren gut. Aussicht aus Standardzimmer mit Meerblick war wundervoll.

-: Unprofessionelles Personal, obst und desserts am buffet waren nicht frisch, Besteck war manchmal nicht sauber, Essensbuffet war geschmacklos, Klima im Restaurantbereich nicht ausreichend,Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gemacht, Zimmerservice ohne frische Handtücher (vergessen?), Getränke musste man sich immer selber holen an den Strand oder an den Pool, das Standardzimmer mit Meerblick hatte keine Zimmerdeko und auch keine couch, zimmer war einfach nur mit einem BettTisch und Schrank bemöbelt. Zimmermöbel und Zimmerausstattung war veraltet und sehr einfach gehalten, Badausstattung sehr veraltet,

+: Das Essensangebot im Restaurant war super. Teilweise hat es sich wiederholt, aber es hat immer super lecker geschmeckt. Für alle war was dabei. Zimmer (unseres war mit dem Whirlpool) war top. Sehr sauber zugeteilt gekriegt. Minibar war gut befüllt, frisches Obst und Wein kam auch noch dazu. Täglich wurde geputzt und Aussicht war sehr schön. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick in der vordersten Reihe.Zimmerservice, Bedienung im Restaurant, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und Küche waren alle sehr höflich und freundlich. Wenn man einfach nur entspannen möchte ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung war Top.

-: Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen zu den größeren Städten wie Alanya und Side, Manavgat (20-40km). Am Strand direkt war leider nur Selbstbedienung (Getränke).Auch die Auswahl an Cocktails war nicht sehr groß, aber trotzdem sehr lecker.

+: Super Anlage. Unnormal freundliches personal. Wirklich tolle Bedingung. Sehr sauber
