+: The location is pretty good, in front of the the cable car.
-: During check out desk manager refused to deliver the stay invoice, saying that it will be issued within one week and sent by mail. Now it’s almost one month and Im still waiting, despite the several claims thru Booking.com. hotel is no more responding to our claim or phone calls. Moreover, I’ve booked, thru the hotel, transportation (taxi) from Istanbul airport to hotel and back. While checking out, Hotel manager refused to be paid by credit card and insisted to get paid in cash. The fees were 1000 us $(round -trip). Once again they refused giving any invoice, arguing the same “within one week”. It’s clear that they were cheating, and the cost was much less than what they claimed. Im really deluded of such guest treatment. So be careful if you would like to book this hotel, you’ll be cheated in someway.

-: Smelly bathrooms. Insane heat in the rooms and no one would turn off the heaters claiming “there arent any”. Even opening the windows didnt cool the room down as the windows were small. Very bad food, we got sensitive stomachs after eating there for 3 days.

+: L’hôtel est situé au pied des pistes Le personnel était très sympathique hormis leur responsable de la réception
-: Changer de directeur de la réception personne très aigris pas du tout accueillant . La terrasse de l’hôtel était fermée à cause d une réunion nous étions pas au courant avant notre réservation et pour profiter de la terrasse ils nous conseillaient d’aller à l’hôtel d’en face en gros venez pas De plus tous est devenu extra malgré que le séjour soit chères Surtout ne prenait pas les cours de ski dans cet hôtel mais plutôt à l’hôtel à côté Je ne vous le conseille pas c’est la deuxième fois que je viens la première fois c’était top mais la j’étais très déçue
