+: Beautiful architecture, impressive construction structure. Beautiful and special location .
-: Service was not great, everything required a “tip” to the staff in order for things to work properly. Room was quite expensive for what you get ( we stayed in one of the smaller ones). Concierge not very clear about services and local activities - you have to figure out yourself and inquire specifically so they give out the information. Lacks a proper SPA and GYM.

-: Cleanliness of the room (old toilets), very dark room, the beach is often nice, but unfortunately a bit dirty with leaves and dead bugs. No swimming pool for a summerbeach hotel which is disappointing compared to other similar hotels in the area.

+: The property advertised itself as a business hotel. It was not a business hotel at all. It was entirely unsuitable for business. When we got there, we told them it was not suitable for business and we cannot stay there, and they nonetheless charged us for three nights and forced us to pay over €6000 for three nights and we only stayed there for one night. They refuse to reimburse us for the two nights where we did not stay there.
-: The staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Again, we only stay there one night, but they forced us to pay for three days, even though the hotel was completely unsuitable for a business hotel.
