+: The view from our balcony was gorgeous but not all rooms had such a good view. Parking was convenient. Pool was lovely.

-: Where do I start! Place was shabby. Staff weren't friendly. There was no cafe, no bar and the sea was at least 15 minutes down a cliff from the hotel. No good for anyone older who wasn't super fit. Pictures of hotel access to sea total lies. Wasn't even same hotel! Totally misleading. And try getting back after dark. It's hazardous. Breakfast isn't served in hotel. Supplement or not. Will cost you £10 each if you can face journey to sea. You can self cater but the shops are 2 miles away in Kas. Factor in 2 taxis. We couldn't stay here more than one night even though we'd booked in for 7 nights. They wouldn't give us a refund even though the hotel was falsely advertised. We booked in at Sardunya Hotel in Kas and breathed a sigh of relief. This hotel is only any good if you are young and treat it like a hostel. Even if you self cater, taxis make the price not such a good deal. Please avoid. Never met such charlatans in Turkey before!

+: The location of this place is incredible! It’s a modest hotel but you get free access to an AMAZING beach. I just can’t stress how beautiful and private and clean and incredible this beach was. We went to a few other beaches both in kas (of other hotels) and the butterfly valley and saw many other beautiful waters and rocky & sandy beaches during our boat trips to kekova etc but this beach really had our hearts. We stayed a week and couldn’t get enough. Mr cengiz and his wife are super nice and hospitable. Very friendly and sweet. They did us a big favor and helped out when we lost our credit card and wanted to figure out a way to manage the situation. They also allowed us to use the beach and pool when we got there hours early before check in time and also after we had checked out but had lots of time to kill until our flight out of dalaman. Also helped us with laundry of a very items of clothing (no charge. We only tipped the boy working on laundry)Overall would recommend it highly!!

-: We would have preferred daily cleaning and house keeping services as we stayed there for a week and by the end our room was a bit of a mess.From what we saw people dint stay in Kas for more than a few days so maybe it’s not a big deal to most.
