+: Staff were excellent , especially the gentleman at the front desk he worked every day and evening, made my holiday so pleasant.

-: The peace and quiet away from the main strip.

+: Das Personal ist sehr gut vor allem der chefkoch , jeden Tag zaubert er neue Gerichte . Man merkt das er ein leidenschaftlichet koch ist. Vielen Dank auch an das service Team , sie haben sich grpßartig um uns gekümmert .

+: We didn't stay in this hotel. We were moved to the nish Caria hotel. Staff were really good. Food was good.

-: Rooms dated and broken tiles on floors and in bathroom. The bedside cabinet drawers wouldn't close properly. The fridge wasn't working.

+: On arrival the hotel was not open and functioning, eventually found a faded message on door saying to contact a different hotel.The Caria Nish,we had a lovely stay in that hotel,nice staff and good food ,no complaints about the new hotel.

-: The fact we were not informed our original hotel was closed.A distressing start to our stay as had to get a taxi to take us to the new hotel where we were accommodated.The Dalyan Royal is in no fit state to open as advertised,pool green,grounds unkempt, furniture inside in poor repair.Very disappointed with the lack of communication.

-: ha un aspetto dismesso, alcune strutture esterne sono in abbandono e l’impressione generale sia per il fatto che la colazione e cena siano serviti in altro hotel ,è che sia una struttura che non viene più usata e fra poco abbandonata

+: Location was perfect. Weather was very nice.

-: Hotel manager haven’t accepted Booking.com price and they charged me more than double. I have taken receipt. I am not going to book another hotel from booking.com page.14 years old young teenagers are working and this is labor slavery. There are so many dogs inside hotels and you can’t sleep at night. I have booked 2 nights but no sleeping experience. Music was high volume and my kids hadn’t slept till midnight.Lot of unattended dogs and cats were at hotel. Hotel kitchen is not open, we must walk another hotel from Caria Royal hotel to another branch which was 15 minutes walk. This is not explained in the Booking.com webpage.It is ridiculous. Hotel meals are very basic. There was no meat meals.Meals are finished early and there was no top-up.Meals weren’t fresh and brought back to us as expired and bad food.My child was poisoned and we went to hospital middle of night.All were recorded Turkish Hospital.
