-: There was a really bad smell coming from our rooms we told the staff they just tried to cover the smell with air freshener that didn’t solve the problem

+: Central location and friendly staff

+: Great location in terms of closeness to all the historical locations, blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia 6-7 minutes walk away. Lots of dining options near by also

-: It’s quite basic, and it is beside the rail way tracks, however we didn’t feel disturbed by the trains. But the prices reflect the property.

-: Really bad smell in the rooms asked multiple times to check there is a bad smell but nothing was done

-: 1층 방이었는데 방음이 전혀 돠지 않아서 카운터 소리, 옆방 소리까지 다 들렸습니다. 옆에 지나가는 열차 소리까지 너무 크게 났고, 방 앞에 지나다니는 차 소리, 사람 소리까지 들렸습니다. 1층 방이다보니 창문 앞에 사람이 서있기도 해서 안전하지 않은 느낌이 들었습니다.

+: Our stay at Ferman Konak was great! The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. We left our bags at the hotel for 10 days and they were very well stored, when we arrived they were in a reserved place with our names. The team helped us with any complications during our trip and gave us great tips about Istanbul! The living area is great and always clean, there is free tea, juice, water and coffee, which made everyday life much easier. The location is also great, very close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. We really felt at home and we will definitely be back!

-: We stayed in the family room, as we were 6 people. The room has 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds, which were comfortable. However, the room does not have any windows to the street, so ventilation is extremely impaired. The door to the bathroom has a certain transparency and also does not have a lock, so it leads to a certain lack of privacy. Furthermore, the bathroom also does not have windows to the outside, so we had no way of ventilating the room. on a next stay, perhaps we would choose to stay in different rooms, which have windows.

+: Urokliwy hotelik położony na starym mieście,bardzo blisko do wielu obiektów historycznych. Wygodny,bardzo czysty apartament z dużym łóżkiem. Dostęp do kuchni,w której zawsze czekała zaparzona herbata . Przemili panowie w recepcji,pomocni w noszeniu bagażu i w zorganizowaniu rejsu po Cieśninie Bosfor Bardzo dziękujemy za wszelką pomoc .Możliwość wykupienia śniadania w hotelu obok. Żałujemy,że byliśmy tylko przejazdem na dwie noce,chciałoby się zostać dłużej.Pozdrawiamy obsługę hotelu.
