+: Super comfortabele bedden en vriendelijke personeel

-: Kamer met zwembad was ijskoud, en kamer plafond zat onder schimmel door hoge luchtvochtigheid.

+: Customer service was great at all times, great food, shower water pressure is great, the hotel design and decoration, good value (price vs experience)

-: In the morning light comes from small square windows, soap in the shower falls constantly (small soap and big tray), no shower door let cold air come in and water comes out.

+: No,nos gustó el trato hacia nosotros. hicimos un viaje largo para llegar al hotel. y nos dijeron que el precio de la reserva que teníamos estaba mal.y que no podían hospedarnos porque fue Supuestamente era problema de booking. Hacia mucho frio, y el de recepción nos hizo salir afuera. porque iba a fumarse un cigarro y no podíamos estar adentró del hotel. Básicamente nos estaba echando, sin siquiera ayudarnos..Nos gastamos mucho dinero para llegar en taxi, y después tuvimos que pagar un hotel muy caro. Era muy tarde y no nos quedó otra alternativa..

-: . Location is outside the main city center. No hot water to take bath. WC has windows which don't have any glass. So anyone can jump from the bedroom in the washroom. Breakfast is not worth. Very few hot plates and all tasteless. No corporation from staff

+: The hotel room is amazing; warm room, cozy feel, all necessities available. The staff is extremely helpful when you need something, whether its asking for a taxi or requesting dinner. Overall great experience!

-: The location is about a 20 minute taxi ride (250 lira roughly each way) to Goreme where most of the tourist spots are. If you'd rather have comfort and are okay with paying for taxi, Id highly recommend staying here.

+: Breakfast was poor and not upto the expectations. Not much varieties and monotonous breakfast

-: Location is very far from the city center and isolated remote locations, looks sometimes fearful for the family with children. No lively places at walkable distance

+: They are actual cave suites and house ancient pieces of furniture which is interesting. The hotel satisfies basic needs such as toiletries, towels etc. The bathrooms have new fixtures making it a nice mixture of modern and old. House keeping staff was friendly.

-: Let's start with reception. The lady had no idea about anything. We were given no information about any of the hotel facilities upon check-in, including timings for breakfast. Important details such as the restaurant being closed for lunch and having to prebook dinner were missed. We only found out when we turned up at the restaurant and the staff, rather rudely, dismissed us. Noone could speak proper English so communication was very hard. This hotel is in a very isolated location so all restaurants are a cab ride away. At 9.00pm, we were left stranded without food. Would not recommend this hotel.
