+: L’accueil du petit déjeuner, la serveuse qui est venu me demander si je voulais une omelette , j’ai vraiment apprécié,Et je la remercie envers une fois.

-: La salle de bain, il n’y avait rien à part le distributeur de savon , même pas un coton tige, chaussons peignoir rien mais rien j’ai jamais vu ça même dans le petit hôtel on est mieux servi.Le mini bar était vide.L’éclairage était très peu à mon arrivée j’ai cru que c’était fermé.Personne pour vous accompagner à votre chambre………

+: If there is anything good, I'd say that the size of the room is fair. Chair and armchair were confortable. The bed is quite ok and we found a cover in the wardrobe for my partner. The fridge worked quite ok.

-: How could I start?. We were in urgency and got to reserve this hotel as we could not reach the one in the old town due to my partners inablity to walk long distance or go through stairs. We had no other choice to get this hotel (that looked , in principle, clean and professional) at almost 12 at night. This was our most expensive hotel in a 20-day trip in Turkiye, what could go wrong?.To start... we pay over 105€ per night and no one can help us with the luggage?.... I know it is late but come on. The check in reception person did not seem to speak English. It is fine for me because I comunicated with Google translator, but one could expect English to be default in this hotel. When we checked out, there were 2 or 3 people in the reception. Really, no one can help us with the luggage? I think this should be a default service in such an expensive hotel.When we made the reservation, we asked for a non-smoker room (if I am not mistaken) but they did not ask when checking in. We go up and they give us a smoke-smelling room. Then got to go down, already past 00:00, to ask for another room and move all our stuff again, from floor 4 to floor 3. The shower head looked disgusting (picture) and the knob was hardly movable to reach a good temperature. Several parts of the shower also looked broken. We also noticed that the electricity and lights go off several times in our last night. The TV and the phone look to be from a couple of decades back. I have worked many years in hotels and I do not like to go and complain, I do not like to confront with workers because I have been one of them. It was a mistake to get this hotel, do not make the same mistake.The room description says it includes a "bath" (does not specify shower over a bath, just says "bath tab") and minibar. Has none. And you can connect to the Wifi, if it works well then it was not when we attended.
