+: The pictures on the booking website are deceiving. The property needs a lift. They have a very dangerous stairs and we were right at the top. This is not mentioned on the site. There is no staff on site. The noise from the traffic is horrendous. The showertoilet is discussed. We had no running water during our stay and when messaged the person about it. Nothing was done about it. The towels and bedsheets have lost their white colour because they are so old and probably not washed properly. The floor under the bed were covered in dust. The shower didn’t have a holder, the shower screen was broken and lose and the cubicle was covered in dirt.

+: I loved communication with our host, as well as their welcoming (they were helpful with our luggages, friendly, and helped us get along with opportunities in Istanbul). I also loved the beds, which were very comfortable, the balcony, and the very comfortable position in Sultanhamet
-: The room cleaning could be much better (but please notice that bathroom was very clean!). Also consider that our room could be reached via a series of very steep stairs, which could make this apartment less confortable for older people. Notice that other hotels are in front, such that privacy in the room may be limited when opening the balcony door

+: It was nice .it was private and very welcoming. You are able to go in and out . If you need anything, you can just text the front desk . They were very accommodating . The location was also perfect. It was 5 min walk from Grand Bazaar. And all the mosques were also in walking distance. l.

+: The location was very good for visiting a lot of the attractions. Comfortable and the host was a great communicator and very friendly.
