+: Overall, the accodomadtion and the staff was very good. We've got the place that we expected and the workers there were very kind and helpful. When we checked out we had a great conversation with the receptionist (who is fluent in English) and got a lot of interesting refelctions to our experiencies from him. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the Oldtown part of Istambul by walk, and by 5 min from it, there is a tram station too.

-: The breakfast was fine. You could choose between some kind of foods, but It was not very selective. The wifi was not working well in our room for the last 2 days,

+: Nothing, hotel was changed in the arrival

-: The property was changed at arrivals due to shower issues

+: The location was ideal for our trip, conveniently close to The Grand Bazaar and the Bayazit tram station, just two stops from the main Sultanahmet and Blue Mosque area. Despite the steep uphill walk to the station, the location was excellent.

-: The room service could have been improved, particularly regarding daily cleaning and changing of sheets. Communication for reporting issues was not handled effectively; for instance, despite informing staff about a broken bathroom douche, the message was not passed on, and the problem remained unresolved. Breakfast was very minimal but okay to start the day.

-: 1) Bråk ute på dag og hele nat2) Ansatter ved frokost tiden pratet høyt med hverandre.3) Dårlig internett. 3) Hotell ligger i et btikk område med full bråk 4) Hotell ligger i bratt 5) Anbefaler ikke til barnbarn med vogn og eldrefolk. 6) Det er ingen plass til å komme inn i hotellen med vogn eller rullestol, må bæres inn fra 5 eller 6 trapper.7) Hotellen er rent men veldig små8) Ansatt i resepsjonen nesten aldri var tilgjengelig måtte vente lenge til at noen kommer.
