-: Staff not helpful at all We booked two rooms for 5 people they gived us only 1 room it was too small for us I booked two weeks earlier This happened to many guests at this hotel Hope they fix it I complained this to booking.com they didn’t help also

-: Le gardien de portillon automatique n a pas laisser rentré le taxi,sans raison valide..et nous a fait marcher en plein soleil et galéré,choquant et vraiment nul ont a pas compris le comportement,peut-être qu’il avait des problèmes personnels,première fois qu on a vu ça..!!Très désagréable en plein période de vacances ou l on voyage souvent pour décompressé

+: The resort is very large so you have freedom to walk around with lots of greenery, trees and plants. The food was excellent, it caters for many cuisines and for mass catering was very tasty, well cooked and well presented food.The main Amber restaurant is excessively busy at key times and you are fighting for a table, however Guest Relations kindly sorted a quieter option for us as one of my daughters has anxiety and found it quite stressful with the heat, noise and level of kids running around. If you're in Fulya or Selin it's much more pleasant, tranquil and a cooler temperature.The beach, sand and sea are excellent, much more space at the beach than other resorts in the area so you can truly relax without touching your neighbour!The pools were all clean and well maintained and there were plenty of bars and areas to get drinks and food at any time. Excellent coffee shops with cakes.Most of the staff seemed happy to be there and were friendly and helpful, though sometimes their English was very limited.Plenty of entertainment through the day (if you want it) and a great standard of external entertainment and shows provided in the evenings.Comfy rooms, firm and large beds, clean white bedding which was changed regularly. Mini Bar re-stocked daily with essential drinks which was a nice touch.We took a small shuttle bus (not far from hotel) into Side, it was 20 minutes and worth going to the pretty and historic little town with it's marina, shops, restaurants and historic ruins to visit.Some of the most attentive life guards I've seen around the pools and at the beach. Constantly monitoring the area and reprimanding forbidden behaviour. Though there was one a bit too happy with his whistle at the water park, gave nobody chance to even surface from a slide before blowing his whistle to tell them to hurry up!We had a fantastic holiday, all came home very refreshed and rejuvenated and would definitely consider returning.

-: I messaged ahead to ask if the Deluxe Room in Aishen had beds for 4 people and was assured it had. We arrived and there were beds for 3 people. We found housekeeping who wheeled in a roll out bed. This was small but took up much needed space near the small sofa so a tip is to go for a family room if there's 4 of you.The resort is mainly full of (very pleasant) Russians and Eastern Europeans, but with few English people there we had no conversations with anyone else, no jokes, or general chit chat etc.Housekeeping (who are very pleasant) is hit and miss, some days you get a full selection of bath towels, hand towels and a floor towel. Some days only 3 towels were delivered, some days two and another day none! It made no sense at all as they seem to have a list of rooms and occupants.Third day into holiday I got a very bad stomach after eating mussels in a salad. The seafood is not presented chilled or on ice. I didn't touch seafood again and my stomach was good for the full two weeks.The wine and prosecco are very nice, the beer ok, but the cocktails are made with no passion at all. I asked for a Mojito and got a glass with some floating salad leaves in it, white rum and sprite! The bar staff are over worked with queues of people so literally can only throw together your drink.Water sports were expensive and double if you want the drone footage and any pictures they take. Hotel say it's not their company but costs could be better if the hotel didn't charge so much rent or put a cap on prices.Don't forget your toothpaste as it's 5 euros for a very small tube! Excessive!

+: The place is very bad and we could not sleep in the room because of the dampness of the old wood in it and the room was not clean and all the places are crowded and the water games for children are crowded and the staff are not cooperative. My daughter has asthma and she asked them to change the room and they refused to change it and the price per night is exaggerated for the quality and the food is not very diverse

-: Nous sommes restés dans cet hotel pour 3 nuits à la fin de notre voyage en Turquie et c'était le pire des etablissements qu'on a eu. Nous avons reservé une chambre familiale (2 adultes+2 enfants) au prix de 500eurosnuit en plein saison. Contrairement à nos attentes, on a eu une chambre simple avec deux lits, conçue à la base pour 2 personnes. Ils ont voulu ajouter un lit pliable pour au moins un de nos enfants mais la chambre était tellement petite que c'était impossible. Aucune explication à l'acceuil et aucune solution proposée, malgré une defaillance evidente de leur coté. On s'est senti arnaqué. Donc on a dormi à 4 dans les deux lits. Sinon, l'hotel est vieissant et l'odeur est nausibonde dans les couloirs communes et la salle de bain suite à la mauvaise circulation de l'air. Il y avait une fuite dans la douche. Les équipements de l'hotel en soi n'ont rien d'extraordinaire, une grosse usine avec une masse enorme de touristes, tout est serré au niveau de la piscine et impossible de circuler. Je déconseille cet etablissement!
