+: Nothing really.

-: Everything is run down. There was a strong smell of cigarettes on our floor, and the room smelled funky. The bathroom is dirty and small. There were stains on our toilet seat and mould in the shower area, and it was pretty unpleasant to use it. The fridge wasn’t working and smelled like a dead mouse. The curtains were stained, too.The cafe's selection was poor, and I often chose between options I didn’t want to eat. The menu is almost the same daily and doesn’t look tasty.Water is not easily accessible; you must approach waiters and ask for it.Ice cream, alcoholic cocktails, and fresh juice are not included in the all-inclusive price; you must pay for them separately. And they cost the same as in London. No food from outside is allowed.The location is also not the best. We had to take a taxi whenever we wanted to see something interesting in the city. The only benefit of the area is a shopping mall within 15 minutes of walking.

+: Only one of the staff was so friendly : the nurse Johnson. Other than that manager rude and he not polite at all.

-: The staff are not friendly Not properly cleaned room Smell of the bathroom and the toilet No space for our clothes.We asked for clothes rail but they just ignore us .Cleaning always late to get our room ready so we need to stay in the lounge till they finish .And not good clean never cleaned the bathroom. And not changing the bed sheets.The manager is so rude and he is not polite. He is asking us to pay the charge very rudely.

+: Location was good.

-: I booked an all inclusive package in order to have a smooth and good stay with my 2 kids. Even the fresh orange juice i had to pay them extra! The all inclusive package wasn’t at ALL worse it. The food was very limited and average. The smell in the hotel was not pleasant at all specially in the buffet area and in the coridors.

+: The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, a good selection of food and very tasty. The hotel was very clean, the cleaners cleaned the room every day, changed the towels, refilled the drinking water and were very pleasant and friendly. I was very satisfied with the whole stay at the hotel moreover, an excellent location. I definitely recommend it and thank you for your care. 😉👍Spätná väzba
