+: D'être situé aux pieds des pistes avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes, l'accueil des serveurs et précisément celui de Monsieur Sadni qui est disponible et le choix du buffet et la qualité des aliments (délicieux). De plus la location de ski se trouve juste en dessous de l'hôtel ce qui est pratique.

-: The actual building and furniture in reality was different from the pictures in the site ( furniture was old), I refused to check in and called booking-in service for the reason that the hotel was below the expected standard. Booking services staff was very cooperative and requested me to send pictures. The booking service staff immediately sent email to the hotel, the hotel staff answer was very strange, they said how I complained while I didn’t even show up, although I came and checked two rooms and took pictures.

+: The hotel is located right in front of the ski lift. The staff were amazing and very sincere in addressing any questions and requests, cant thank them enough for making our stay perfect. The food was very good.

+: The stuff was really helpful. They gave all the information related to renting ski necessities and taking ski lessons. Food was great. Room was clean and comfy. Minibar and service to the room was sufficient. We have the booking with food included and we loved it.
-: The booking ad looked like it covered the ski pass while it didn't. You can see only extra-priced items in the room and ski pass wasn't one of the extras. So it might be misleading. It's written there are fireplaces and there are fireplaces one in the inside and one in the outside but they never fired those up so there was no point. Outside there is limited seating areas for after ski or taking a break but it was pretty cold since the fireplace didn't work and the heated places are always full and need reservation.
