+: Most of the staff are friendly and always working hard to ensure that everything is clean and ready for the next day. Some staff are not as friendly and provide poor service at the restaurants. Even though the hotel was fully booked, we did not feel the crowds as there are many pools and different places to eat. Although there were the same staple food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner; there was some slight variation with some of the food. The food varied from pasta, turkish food, vegan food, fish, meat and chicken. I especially enjoyed the variety of Indian food made by Vikesh so I always felt at home. The baklava was also amazing! There was also a variety of cocktails and also kids cocktails that were made available and there are two bars so there were no long waits at these bars. The life guards especially Buse and Gulfer co-ordinated the kids at the slides extremely well so there was hardly a wait to go on the slides. They would also make sure that the parents were ready to catch the smaller kids at the bottom of the slides. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. I got a phone call everyday to my room to enquire if everything was ok. Mini bars were stocked every day. I also enjoyed the different evening shows every day and the staff put in alot of effort to entertain the adults and kids. The hairdresser on site was very affordable and accommodating. It was amazing to just walk directly onto the private beach.

-: There could have been more variety of food for the kids corner as it was mostly chicken strips and chips that were provided. There is a great opportunity for you to do a photoshoot with photographers on the resort's premises, however they do not put much effort if you are only interested in buying a few photos. I would've rated much higher if there were sound proof doors facing the pools and entertainment areas however the entertainment did end by 23:30 on most nights. The resort could do more to communicate the times of the shows every evening as we missed some. Even though it is on a document in the room indicating that you should not reserved lounges, there were many guests who still did. Therefore I would suggest that staff be more active in removing those towels on the lounges where there is no other possessions except for towels. However, at around 10am we were still able to find lounges available. I found the private covered huts on the beach and around the pools to be quite expensive. It would be great for the resort to have their own travel section where guests can book tours directly with the resort.

+: Excellent facilities. Helpful and sympathetic staff. Beautiful beach and pools. Restaurant has great and varied food. It has extra activities, shows and parties that don't hurt your ear, as they are made with the sound equipment pointing the sea and not the rooms (as I have seem in one too many resorts around). Would definitely stay there again.

-: Vegan section is great and every resort should have one. But it also could be better. It could have plant-based drinks (almond 'milk', coconut 'milk'), smoothies (instead of the juices with unclear contents) and it had little to nothing for Breakfast (in terms of vegan session). Actually, for breakfast they used to put raw veggies like beetroot and carrot. What was that supposed to be? Children's corner could also have some healthier options (it was mostly fries, burgers and sweets).
