+: Хорошая квартира, хороший завтрак и очень центрально! Хороший, со своим входом.

-: Не весь персонал говорил по-английски, это было немного сложно.Некоторый шум по вечерам.

+: La ubicación estaba bien, y el desayuno con vistas en la terraza.

-: La cama era muy incómoda, y hacía mucho ruido. La limpieza en el baño podría mejorar.

+: Monsieur Siraj et son équipe étaient à la hauteur et nous ont bien accueilli L'emplacement est meilleur et proche de tout cz qu'on a besoinLa manière dont ils nous ont reçu est magnifique

+: -Petit déjeuner inclus sous forme de buffet en terrasse couverte avec vue sur la mer -WIFI gratuit -l'emplacement, vraiment pas très loin du centre historique et de ses monuments (Mosquée bleue, Ste Sophie etc) et des transports en commun comme le tram. -la patience de notre réceptionniste, notre vol a eu 2h de retard et il a bien voulu nous attendre jusqu'à 23h30 -la présence d'un monsieur à la réception le dimanche soir et sa débrouillardise pour nous résoudre notre souci électrique dans la salle de bains.

-: -pas d'électricité dans la salle de bains ni d'eau chaude à notre arrivée, ils ont fini par nous résoudre le problème. -l'espace coin cuisine aurait été bien pratique pour au moins se chauffer une tasse de thé mais aucune vaisselle n'est à disposition -on aurait apprécié avoir à disposition un petit plan succinct du centre ville, pour qu'on puisse s'orienter les 10 premières minutes.

+: La ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza de Sultanahmet y con varias opciones de restaurante cerca, además de un parque para los pequesEl chico de la oficina-recepcion es muy simpático y agradable, además de ayudarte en todo.Las vistas desde la terraza del desayuno son muy bonitas.Estaba limpio y entraban a "recoger"y limpiar la habitación cada dia

-: La chica del desayuno es muy desagradable y está siempre con el móvil - no hablar inglés no es excusa para no atender-El desayuno es bastante simple.La habitación necesita una remodelación: se sale el agua del plato de ducha por las juntas, hay humedades en las paredes, las literas hacen mucho ruido.Muy poca vajilla para cocinar, ni siquiera había jabón para fregar, por lo que no pudimos probar el fuego.Al entrar a limpiar, nos cambiaron las toallas un día, pero nos dejaron la mitad de las que había, simplemente recogían un poco y colocaban la colcha. Además, dejaban la ventana abierta de tal manera que cualquier huésped puede entrar en la habitación -poco seguro- si bien es cierto que no nos faltó de nada.

-: Exceptionally rude staff that ruined the whole image of turkish ppl in our eyes ( it was temp bcz thankfully we stayed at two other locations in istanbul and encountered extremely respectful and courteous ppl)No greetings at breakfast.There’s a cleaning lady who is also attending at brkfst buffet. She would only say “No, no” in rigid rather annoyed voice for whatever you ask.On the 1st day There were black olives which are uncommon in our country and i asked her if she cud tell me what it was only to see her rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders rudely. I was shocked but more was coming.If she sees u approaching the breakfast tbl after 9:30, she’d quickly grab n wrap tht stuff right infront of u n will turn a dead ear to ur requests as if she doesn’t understand and after repeated requests only says “finished” in annoyed tone.(eventhough bf timings r 8-10)She wud enter the room suddenly without knocking and start doing her stuff with dead silence and cold looks. Even if you’re in undergarments.Property is an old turkish house tht needs alot of refurbishment, sharp metal in our room injured both mine and my toddler’s foot. I bled infront of tht rude lady n asked her if thr is bandage only to wittness her dead silence.The guy at reception is extremely manipulative. We missed few sites n decided to xtnd our stay for one night. He charged us extra rent thn what he has shown. Upon pointing out politely he rudely said go find some other hotel.Ac didn’t work initially, upon complaining he had same ans. Go find other hotels.Shower is broken and all water comes frm single hose like tap. Shower height is so low that 5.5” person can’t stand. But we didn’t complain bcz of thr rudness.Checkout time is 12 am but they forced us out by storming in our room at 11am and started cleaning it for next guests. This was highly humiliatingWe hv been travelling alot in past two months and booked multiple hotels in saudi and turkey via booking.
