+: Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were polite, patient and tried to help as well as they could. I also liked the location and the fact that everything was close at hand. Rooms had a small fridge as well as air freezer compartment which was very useful to have cool drinks. Bed was comfortable and couldn't hear noise from other hotel residents. It was great that there was a lift as not all hotels in Istanbul have lifts.

-: The room I stayed in, smelled really bad similar to smell of damp or mold. The shower was not draining which was fixed when I brought it to staff's attention. I also had difficulty switch the shower from tap to shower as the part you pull to put the shower on was stuck. Air conditioner was leaking badly in my room. On the first night all I heard was drip drip and floor was flooded and it took two bath towels to soak up the water. I informed staff and asked to be moved but no room was available. You could see from the flooring that this was not a new problem. Flooring was raised and damaged in some part which I think is due to previous flooding which were not dealt with. On my last day of stay I was given a different room after asking again via booking.com, my new room was fine. The bad room was room 204. Overall the hotel is ok if you are on a tight budget and dont mind some discomfort. For example the bathroom is tinny and there is not alot of room to get in and out of shower. There was no smoke alarm in the room either. The previous occupier had made tea in the kettle and this had not been checked. I was in this hotel with some family and friends and their rooms were fine so it could be that this was my luck. I did however read a review by another person saying they stayed in the smelly room. So I believe it is probably the same room. If hotel management reads my comment I hope they will stop letting out that room until they have made sure room's ventilation and air con has been fixed. Like I said I was happy with the room I got on my last day so best not judge the whole hotel based on my experience.

+: The location is great, very close to Taksim Square and very close to public transport. The rooms are cosy, comfortable, clean. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Thank you very much to everyone, hope to see you again soon.

-: كل شيء سيء المكان مقرف الغرفه مقرفه الحمامات المنظر من الشباك مقرف للاسف لم اتوقع ان بوكينق يضيفون اماكن للسكن مثل هذه والان مستحيل ان احجز شي من البوكينق

+: Great location and the view from the terrace. The staff was so nice as well. Free tea and coffee in the room ;)
