-: I cannot even begin to express my frustration and disappointment with the way my stay at The Ottoman Hotel unfolded. First of all, I had made a reservation at The Ottoman Hotel weeks in advance. But after reaching there, they informed me that they had changed my booking to their "sister hotel". This sudden change in plans was not only inconvenient but also highly unprofessional.When I arrived at the other hotel, I was greeted by a room that can only be described as disgraceful. The room was very small and seemed a big downgrade from which I paid for. They didn’t even tried to compensate for their mistakes by even giving me a decent room.The nightmare continued as I tried to make myself comfortable. The AC unit in the room was leaking profusely, creating a puddle on the floor. I had to put a towel underneath just to avoid slipping and falling. Not to mention, the noise from the malfunctioning AC made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep.The electrical sockets in the room were equally terrible. Several of them were loose, and some didn't even work. It was a struggle to charge my devices, and it made me question the overall safety of the room.As if this wasn't enough, I discovered that the bathroom was leaking as well.To make matters worse, the staff at the hotel seemed indifferent to my complaints. I would strongly advise anyone against staying at The Ottoman Hotel or its so-called "sister hotel." The experience was a complete and utter disaster. I feel cheated by the condition of the room I was given. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life, and I would never subject myself to such a nightmare again. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more respectable and accommodating establishment.
