+: I like the hotel itself is very nice and clean , part of staff was really helpful , breakfast buffet was perfect , location was good ,we use bus and ferry for transport, the room was amazing
-: The management of the hotel is not good , we paid our money online for our reservation, and when we arrived they said we need to see the physical card , we don’t bring our card with us , then they said we have to cancel your reservation and refund your money and u need to pay again with physical card , at that time if we didn’t pay again they will not let us to check in and our money with them because we already paid 1441 € before arrival, we tried to explain to them we don’t have other 1441€ to pay unless u refund our money to us then we can pay u , so discussion of 3 hours and they are not understanding, we said we don’t have 1441€ again now , we need u to refund our money so we can pay u , they said if u didn’t pay now there is no check in ,(can u imagine this situation) u paid online for hotel and have just a cash money for your holiday , and surprisingly find the hotel management like this!!! It was a nightmare My husband called a lot of his friends, time was late , no one picking the phone! Finally one of my husband friends send him the amount in his account which he has a physical card! So we paid them twice !!!! After 7 days our money refunded But this is very rude from hotel manager I haven’t seen like this in my life I traveled a lot And stayed in the best hotels ever That’s never happen to me

+: It was a very wonderful stay. We had a lot of fun. The hotel is next to a lively street. The cleanliness is very excellent and the welcome as well. I thank all the employees, from the receptionist to the cleaning lady, and I especially thank the employees Gorkem and Dogukan
