+: The location is close to the main visitor sites, so you can walk to the Hagi Sofia and the Blue Mosque easily. The staff are very helpful and they work hard to look after you. They looked after our bags and made sure we were happy.
-: The breakfast is quite humble but there is enough food to satisfy you. The rooms are comfortable but quite basic.

-: I booked this hotel for the 11-17 August but didn’t even stay one night .I had a very poor experience at this hotel and arrived at night and couldn’t stay for any longer and we felt the need to look for another nearby hotel within the same hotel.The first thing I noticed was that there was no lift so we had to carry our baggage to the room ourselves.Also I found the place quite suffocating and as someone who has asthma I found it very difficult to breathe and that wouldn’t be because of the location as I didn’t find myself suffocating in nearby hotels.After a long journey we of course needed to use the bathroom however there was mould in the bathroom and my daughter refused to go in it due to its poor conditions.On top of that the towels were almost grey from dirt and the bedsheets seems like they had bedbugs on them . I spoke to the manager and he said he would change them as they were dirty, but shouldn’t that have been done before the room was handed over to us ?The air conditioning worked but to a very limited extent and the air that comes out is not cold but produced heat instead. After a while it produces cold air but I had to reach my hand out to right beneath the a.c to feel it .I spoke to the hotel manager over the phone and he did not agree and insisted that it was a new AC which he replaced 10 months ago.As I mentioned earlier I could not be spending my holiday at this hotel and went to find another hotel immediately. I had not even slept the night at this hotel and had booked it for 6 nights but have since not been refunded for at least the rest of the nights apart from the first one . I’d also like to mention that as I booked this hotel through booking.com and they had guaranteed me a refund whilst I was in Turkey but now claim that they cannot give me one. I called the Booking.com several times & even they couldn’t offer me a alternative option & they were quite.

+: We booked this property for our babymoon getaway, it was the best decision ever, not only it is close to all the tourist areas but each and everyone that worked there is one of the nicest people we met in turkey, the cleaning lady is such a nice lady, and khalil who managed the property is such a helpful and humbling guy he always made sure we had everything even if its midnight, he went out of his way to accomodate us, always had the biggest welcoming smile on his face. If we talk about the views, its soooo breathtaking one window opens to the beautiful sea views and one to the blue mosque, its ideal!!
