-: La chambre était sale, staff très désagréable, je passe une resa pour une chambre double, on me donne une donne une chambre avec 2 lits simple, impossible de changer de chambre parce qu’il reste plus aucune disponibilité, une clim qui date des années 70, paquet de clope vide, détritus en dessous du lit… pire expérience de ma vie, en attente toujours d’un remboursement, et j’en passe l’état de la douche, la rampe des escaliers cassée, porte de l’hôtel qui se ferme à minuit, et quand je sonne, je dérange le réceptionniste qui s’endort sur le canapé jaune de la « réception » tout est normal :)

+: The hotel is just 5-10 minutes walk to Arasta Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern.

-: The stairs is exhausting 😅 We were in the 3rd floor, so imagine going up and down the steep stairs is tiring. But since we stayed in the hotel for 10 days we got used to it.

-: I am very often in Istanbul and the location is well. The hotel itself is not that bad even if too old for my taste (very small stairs, everything was working but lloked broken, I coudl close my roomdoor thoygh, this was broken) but is same price as other hotels offering more for same location.I didnt like the reception. The lady was very cold, I felt like I was disturbing, it tooks long minutes to verify we really add a reservation, then there was talks about and forth about what room they would give us... too much bad organization. No breakfast, not to best "level" for same price as othera offering this

-: Wir waren mehr 1 Woche dort, kein klo Papier, zimmer wurden nicht sauber gemacht. KÜHLSCHRANK defekt. Keiner weiss von keinem Bescheid. Bis heute wurde keine Rechnung erstellt. Am Sonntag nach mehrmaligem Ansprache eine putzfrau war im zimmer hat nur frische Handtücher gebracht sonst hat Sie nichts gemacht. Wir stelleten danach das unsere Schmuckstück halskette entwendet worden ist. Wir baten den hoteleigentumer mehrmals freundlich das zur klären. Er sagte uns das wir Lügner wären das keiner so was gemacht hat ist auf uns losgegangen und hat uns extremer weise Beleidigt. Bis wir die türkische Polizei gerufen haben und Anzeige erstattet haben. 2 tage bevor unsere Reservierung Buchung zu ende gengangen ist abends um 23 uhr mussten wir unwillig das hotel verlassen. Der Eigentümer hat uns lediglich 35,- zurück erstattet. Sie ala anbieter mussen solche schwarze Schafe Raus filtern damit ihre nächsten buchungskunden so nicht erleben mussen. Desweiteren wurden unsere Personalien nicht richtig erfasst wir haben bei der Touristen Polizie und beim Finanzamt istanbul Beschwerde eingelegt.Uns erstand ein Sachschaden von 250,- plus 2 tage die wir teurer in einem anderen hotel übernachten mussten.
