+: We liked the cleanliness of the place, it was a 4 minute walk to Blue Mosque and near Hagia Sophia as well. The amenities were good according to the price. The best part was the location of the hotel.
-: They didn’t provide us water in our rooms,we had to ask for it everytime and they’d give us just one glass of water. One of the ACs didn’t work that great but it wasn’t bad.

+: Welcoming and attention from Huzuf at the reception and from Mr. Ufuk online with questions and booking of transport. I will come back when at the city again.
-: Nothing. I would just suggest to put some bottle of water and kettle to be able to have some teacoffee.

+: Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia SofiaVery helpful and friendly staff - especially Ufuk (went out of his way to assist with train bookings to Konya and even took us to the train station) Tariq was also very helpful with luggage and arranging airport transfer

+: I enjoyed my stay due to how polite, helpful, patient and friendly the staff were, and especially Mr Ufuk, the manager. The hotel and room were clean as well, and there were no insects in the hotel, which was pleasant. Additionally, the location is excellent for tourists, as many major attractions are within walking distance, whilst others could be reached by the tram which is close by too. The staff were always welcoming too, and greeted us whenever we entered the hotel, which was something I really enjoyed. All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay there again!
-: The food at breakfast was a little limiting, as the same options were offered everyday.

+: A receptividade foi excelente. A localização também. O hotel é simples, mas possui tudo que necessário. A atenção e a prestatividade com o hóspede é de excelência. Não utilizamos do café da manhã, pois nosso interesse foi alimentar pelo caminho dos passeios.
