+: Nothing. The owners are incredibly rude and nothing actually works properly.

-: Everything.. The owner shouted at us (a two 34 year old women) like a child just because we KEPT THE AC ON?!. Who are they think they are to insult the customers like that?

+: This place is a hidden gem -- the hosts are wonderful, and I was surprised each morning and night with a delicious meal. The entire trip was truly nurturing for the soul, and I will be back!

-: Definitely is more of a "glamping" experience, though the cabins were very comfortable. There was one time when we were without power, but this was not the fault of the hosts.

+: The staff was very friendly and the location was very good. Both breakfast and dinner were better than expected. The barrestaurant area with live music was a nice touch.

-: Very basic rooms but were fine for us. There was no wifi in the rooms.

+: Turkmen Tree House is an excellent choice to spend some unforgettable days in Olimpos.The staff is exceptionally helpful and open for every question, easy to communicate with in multiple languages, very attentive and super friendly and respectful.Ever since my first time in olimpos 14 years ago Turkmen Tree houses is the best choice to stay here and has never changed its high standards in food quality, sparkling clean habitations and warm hearted welcome to all the visitors and guests.Compared with the most of the other hotels the location keeps a perfect balance between a short distance to the ancient city ruins, beach, tracking paths and calm and private location with lots of free parking space for the ones that come by car.See you soon again my beloved Tree House ♥️♥️💪😃

+: De omgeving van de tree house was mooi.

-: -Hele slechteof vaak helemaal geen WiFi-Badkamer werkt niet goed, toilet spoelt niet goed door en badkamer was vies en verstopt.-Het eten smaakte oud, niet lekker.

+: Great value for the money, both for the accommodations, and the including meals. We splurged on an expensive bottle of wine, but it was worth it. The staff at all levels was amazing, from the young man who helped us with our luggage (both times) the young woman who served us in the restaurant, and the ownersmanagers, who went out of their way to help us when our our tour company did not schedule an excursion as promised.

-: Nothing. The accommodations aren't fancy, but they met our expectations as promised.

+: Lokasyon noktasında firmanın olimposun göbeğinde olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Nehir geçişinin hemen berisinde olup, marketlere, plaja ve turistik alanlara yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar, özellikle restoran kısmına bakanlar oldukça nazik ve yardımseverdi.

-: Yukarıdaki artıları bir kenara bırakacak olursak bahsetmem gereken birçok negatif noktanın olduğunu belirtmek istiyorum. 4 günlük tatilimin son gününü yakarak tesisten ayrıldım. Ayrılmamın nedeni ise firmanın kapasite üzerinde hizmet vermeye çalışması ve tüm ziyaretçilerin hezeyan ile sonuçlanan bir yılbaşı geçirmesi. Öncelikle tüm odaları hizmete açan tesis, sonrasında yılbaşı etinliği altında hizmet noktasının kaldıramayacağı kadar bilet satmış ve bu da hem konaklayan hem de eğlenmeye gelen herkesi mağdur etmiştir. Öte yandan bu yoğunluk sıcak su sorununu da beraberinde getirdi. 2 gün boyunca duş alamadım. Tüm bunlara ek olarak soğuk kış ayında alt yapının verdiği imkanlarla biraz ısınmak ve keyif yapmak da imkansız. Zira bungalovlarda o kadar eski klimalar var ki, sadece bir, iki saat çalıştıktan sonra soğuk üflemeye başlıyor ve çok kötü ses çıkarıyor. Merkezi ısıtma sistemi adı altında sunulan diğer ısıtma cihazı da konaklamam boyunca çalışmadı. Kısacası kendimi buradan zor attım. Eğer ki soğuk bir dönemde bu tesisi ziyaret etmek istiyorsanız, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Malum verdiğiniz paranın karşılığını bu imkanlar dahilinde almanız mümkün değil.
