+: Breakfast was nice, lovely home cooking, but some days the food was cold and the fruit overripe.

-: The hotel was nice but had no shade (the ottoman area was used by staff so we could not sit there). There was no sea view at all on any side so the website was misleading. We also read that there was a BBQ evening and a sunset drive to the dunes weekly which did not happen. The housekeeping was shoddy (beds were not properly made, we had to ask for a new shower gel as a new bottle was not provided), there was no luggage rack to place our suitcase and our bedding was scratchy and looked nothing like the rooms in the brochure. We wanted to book a lift to Patara beach on the last day but the manager was not there the night before and was not in the hotel in the morning so the receptionist had to book a cab for us after we waited for the manager to return. Overall, the hotel would have been nice had the whole stay not felt like we were in a neglected guesthouse which did not invest in professional staff who were hospitality and catering professionals with good English. Obviously, the numbers of guests were very low for this reason but this should have meant better service fitting of a boutique hotel. I’m not sure who we could have turned to in an emergency as it was not a professionally run hotel, even though the setting was beautiful.

+: The staff, food, vibe, location. Ms. Sengul is a great cook! Everything we had was delicious. Housekeeping Ceyhan was awesome. Saem and Ali were very helpful and kind. Manager Mr Hasan is always great. We appreciate this team a lot. Can’t wait to be back!

+: Cet hôtel est un havre de paix entouré d un jardin très bien entretenu et ombragé. L' équipe œuvre pour que tout se passe bien et répond à nos désirs. Je me suis reposée, détendue et surtout j' ai rencontré une équipe formidable. L' hôtel est très propre et tous les jours un petit déjeuner varié, avec des produits frais du jardin est préparé par sengül. Testez les dîners aussi !!

+: Un très joli hôtel, à taille humaine, parfaitement tenu, avec des chambres très propres donnant sur une très belle piscine. Le personnel est attentif, sympathique et aux petits soins. Bon petit déjeuner buffet sous la tonnelle, un des meilleurs de notre voyage. je recommande fortement !

-: Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo dans les chambres, ce qui permettrait de conserver les bouteilles d'eau fraîches. Les tables en bois autour de la piscine manquent un peu de confort, mais c'est vraiment un détail.

-: Zimmerausstattung nur ausreichend. Kein Kühlschrank. Öfters Stromausfall wofür das Hotel abet nuchts kann, jedoch in der Zeit keine Klimaanlage bzw. Beleuchtung. Frühstück ist okey bzw wenig abwechslungsreich, was gar nicht geht ist folgendes: Wir warnen ausdrücklich Kinder bei Dunkelheit über den Rasen laufen zu lassen! Die Sprängleranlagen werden eingeschaltet. Das ist nicht das Problem AAAAABER...DIE WASSERZUFUHR WIRD ÜBER (abgedeckt mit ca. 20cm großen STEINPLATTEN) IN 50CM TIEFEN LÖCHERN VERGRABENEN WASSERHÄHNE EINGESCHALTET...UNSER SOHN DURFTE DIE BEKANNTSCHAFT MIT DIESEN TIEFEN LÖCHERN MACHEN UND BLIEB MIT SEINEM BEIN STECKEN ALS ER ÜBER DEN RASEN LIEF....WIR HATTEN MEGA GLÜCK DAS ER SICH DAS BEIN NICHT GEBROCHEN ODER VERSTAUCHT HAT ! DAS IST EIN ABSOLUTES NO GO !!!!ANLAGE SOLLTE GENERELL AUFGERÄUMT UND MODERNISIERT WERDEN.Einzig gute ist der Pool...recht sauber jedoch kein Service (Bar vorhanden - kein Personal) während der Öffnungszeiten3TAGES AUFENTHALT, KEIN EINZIGES MAL GESÄUBERT ODER HANDTÜCHER GETAUSCHT !Apropo Joga: sollte man sich gut überlegen ob man ohne Klimaanlage bei knapp 50 Grad in einem vedreckten Holzhaus Joga machen möchte😂🤣

+: La camera non era enorme, ma era dotata di un bel terrazzino con affaccio sulla piscina. Il bagno piccolo, ma con tutte le dotazioni necessarie.Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile, pronto a cercare di soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.Abbiamo anche cenato a bordo piscina, molto piacevole!

-: La posizione è leggermente defilata rispetto al centro e alla spiaggia di Patara, il che rende il posto molto tranquillo. Solo arrivati lì abbiamo scoperto che non esistono strutture sul mare, in quanto la spiaggia di Patara è tutelata e per accedervi è necessario pagare e attraversare un sito archeologico.

-: Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, der Besitzer hat erst in der dritten Nacht den Schlüssel für das andere Zimmer gegeben. Wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen, damit wir den Schlüssel bekommen haben.
