-: This hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The check-in staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and they made us wait two hours to check in even though the hotel was empty. The room was tiny, dirty, and dark. The air conditioner was ancient and made a loud racket, and the furniture was all old and falling apart. The door was broken and didn't close properly, which meant that there was no privacy. The pool was also dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast was disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. There are many other much better hotels in the area.

+: Super cool hotel. Everything is perfect. Meeting at the reception. Restaurant, swimming pool. Rooms. Everything corresponds to the description. Friendly, polite, caring staff. Excellent security. First line, chic restaurant with sunset views, delicious food. Full relax.

+: The beachfront location of Aman Beach Bangalore in Zanzibar was undeniably its highlight. Walking along the shore, feeling the soft sand beneath our feet, and watching the waves roll in provided moments of tranquility and serenity. The calming sound of the ocean waves and the refreshing sea breeze offered a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Despite the hotel's shortcomings, the natural beauty of the beach served as a redeeming factor, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.

-: The overall experience was marred by ongoing construction, subpar room conditions, and poor service at the alternative restaurant.The overall experience was overshadowed by several significant drawbacks. The ongoing construction throughout the hotel premises was a constant nuisance, disrupting our peace and tranquility. The rooms were a major disappointment, with outdated furnishings, unclean bathrooms, and amenities that were either non-functional or in poor condition. The lack of basic facilities like a TV or coffee pot further detracted from the comfort of our stay. The dining experience was another letdown. Despite the picturesque view from the main restaurant, it was closed for maintenance, forcing us to dine at an alternative venue where the service was subpar and the overall experience was lacking. Additionally, the hotel's lack of transparency regarding the breakfast charge was disappointing and added to our frustration, leaving a sour taste in our mouths.

+: This was my sixth time at Amman, and to see how much it has increased in size is astonishing. The location is excellent and there is no end of activities to participate in. It was pleasing to hear that the older parts are soon to be demolished, they do show their age, and newer accommodation erected.

-: Maintenance and housekeeping needs improving. It should not be up to guests to point out damage or loose fitting to management, that should be rectified by regular inspections.
