+: Leaving the property.

-: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was not good. The pictures are not an accurate representation of how barefoot looked. There is no lobby or reception and you simply walk into what looks like a building site. The shower in my rooms pressure did not work and the solution was to give us a bucket of water. There rooms was also infested with termites and cockroaches and a couple of lizards. When I asked for a new room I was told I should have reminded them to ‘spray’ the room. After having insects fall from the ceiling in the night and biting my face I decided to leave. The staff refused to give me the owners contact number and booking.com have not been able to contact them. Spend your money elsewhere.

-: Rien. Tout était parfait

+: L'accueil et l'emplacement, le petit-déjeuner, le fait de pouvoir vivre en immersion avec les locaux.

-: Si vous cherchez le luxe, passez votre chemin, ici c'est l'expérience humaine qui prime. La chambre était correcte, confort rudimentaire.

-: · Faire attention..! Pour réserver nous avons du payer en ligne, or lorsque nous sommes arrivées le gérant nous a demandé de repayer sur place car il ne pouvait pas toucher l’argent en ligne. A ce jour nous n’avons pas été remboursées de notre premier paiement. De plus, le petit déjeuner est comprit et commence à 8h. Nous avons dû aller chercher le staff quasiment dans leur chambre à chaque fois car 8h30 passé, ils n’étaient pas levés! Une fois levé, nous avons attendu à chaque fois au moins une heure pour que le petit déjeuner soit prêt. Pas évident de prévoir un départ tôt ici. Ça n’est pas du tout pro. La localisation sur Google map n’est pas la bonne, apppelez le gérant pour pouvoir vous diriger car ça n’est pas évident.

+: The space, the beauty of the surroundings and my kids could move around freely as if they were in their own garden own home. Khamis Chi Chi and his staff are very friendly and helpful.

-: The lack of constantly available hot water, strength of the water flow whether hot or cold at times too weak to even be able to wash long hair, wi-fi not always available.

-: Slečna manažerka vůbec nemluvila anglicky. Při snídani jsme ji vyloženě obtěžovali.

+: The location is very good.

-: No water pressure and poor electricity. Rooms are not kept.
