-: - Petit déjeuner pas terrible (fruits pas murs)- Carte repas avec peu de choix,on peut manger bien mieux dans d'autres hôtels ou restaurant à côté - pas de lumière le soir dans la piscine ou sur les palmiers qui ajouterai une super ambiance, dommage.

+: Bei Ebbe gut für Strandspaziergänge. Zimmer im 1. Stock buchen, sonst immer Leute vor Terrasse, dort Lage gut. Personal immer freundlich. Frühstück gute Auswahl, vor allem Obst. Gutes LunchDinner. Angemessene Preise.

-: Am ersten Tag ging Klimaanlage nicht, Handtücher erst nach 18 Uhr. Möbel im Restaurant könnten bequemer sein.

+: We really enjoyed the service and the beautiful set-up. The room and front patio are directly next to the swimming pool, which is ideal for a quick dip and chil session.Furthermore we really liked the combination of both the ceiling fan and the airco to cool down :)The staff is also very accommodating and friendly.We would definitely come-back when visiting this area in Zanzibar!

+: Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of things to like about this hotel and unfortunately also a lot of things to not like it. Let's talk about the good points first: The location. The cleanliness. the very sympathetic and friendly chef. The pool and the sea view. The rooms are also well decorated.

-: Absolutely overpriced. I did a "mistake" apparently and booked myself a room for me alone. 4 years of non stop travelling and booking hotels never experienced making a mistake of the number of guests to put. So the price was ok with what I paid not until I was charged another 200+usd for my mom in law and husband for the 5 nights. Which I found ridiculously expensive. We paid a total of 189usd per night in a very small room and one of us slept in a "sofa" bed which is too small to fit any of us. Bref, it's not that the problem, it was just to pay a hotel with that price, we could already have the minimum of comfort in others. Lucky for them it was non refundable so it left us no choice but to pay the additional expense. The hotel is good, let's get that straight but defo not worth for the price we paid. The staffs were not friendly enough. Some days they are some days are a snob. Overall I think we criticized this place a lot due to the payment that we have made that doesn't fit at all with the price. With the price we paid I think we deserved the minimum service and at least a larger room that would fit us all comfortably. The shower was blocked so we had to wait turns to shower and wait till the water goes down before the other goes. The breakfast could use more of a variety as well. It was almost the same for all the 5 days stay with one or two things changed. The staff could use a little training in customer servjce bec they lack a little bit of that. Not all of them but most of them. Overall, overpriced. Thankfully the head chef was super nice amd friendly, we could manage to tell him how we felt.
