+: Lugnt läge nära stranden

-: Vi saknade både kassaskåp och kyl i vår strandvilla

+: Zimmergröße, Schlafzimmer, Bad, schöne Anlage, ruhiger Strandabschnitt

-: Schlechtes Frühstück, Teller, Tassen, Gläser fehlten - kamen nur nach Anfrage, wenig Auswahl, Kaffeeautomat ging nur 1 x (dann fehlten Milch, am nächsten Tag sogar der Kaffee), Besteck, Servietten usw. musste man sich erst suchen. Auch bei Abendflug musste das Zimmer um 10 Uhr geräumt werden - 40 USD Aufpreis für kurzfristige Benutzung eines anderen Zimmers bis zur Abreise. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe.

+: Rigtig godt hotel og sødt personale.

-: Der var dog tit de ikke havde de ting som man gerne ville have at drikke eller spise.

+: Love the beach and the places near by.

-: The advertisement is false did not get the room as booked for. The management and the staff was not helpful in situation. There was a power outage and they where more worried for the party that was gonna be held than the people staying without electricity in the rooms that do not have the full package. They can really improve on the way they treat their guest.

+: Amazing beach villa with sea view, all area is very green and clean. Big chill out pool area. The manager is very friendly and listen to the guests. Everyone is very friendly at all. Tasty breakfast.

+: Frühstück war sehr lecker, auch abwechslungsreich und es gab frisches ei auf wunsch. Wir hatten ein eigenes, kleines Häuschen (Zimmer mit Bad). Das Bett wurde immer sehr schön gemacht.

-: Wir mussten um 3 uhr am morgen auschecken und hatten gefragt ob wir ein Lunchpaket bekommen und sie haben gesagt sie bringen es uns aber nicht gebracht, sonst hat alles gepasst.

+: Příjemný a milý personál. Skvělá poloha resortu. Resort je situován v klidné části a zároveň máte na dosah vše co potřebujete.👍

-: Nemám co vytknout 🙂 a to, že jsou časté výpadky elektřiny 🙂🤣, to je prostě Afrika...

+: Location directly on the beach, spacious room, friendly staff

-: - not all equipment in order: pool was green and not used by hotel guests, coffee machine at the bar and in breakfast room was broken, toilet was leaking water at the bottom- comparably bad service: no water in the room as advertised on check in day and the following 2 days, the service on the bar, reception, cleaning is very slow. On check in day, I got my room after the 3rd reminder around 6pm (we arrived at 2pm). It was said, that’s because of late check out. Getting a mixed drink no less then 20 min. without lots of customers - room booking confusion: We paid 100 USD night and first they gave us a very small room with with a very easy mattress, after complaining they said they accidentally put us in the wrong room.When we wanted to prolong, they told us that all is ok, but then in the late afternoon, that we would have to change to another room and pay 125 USD. After complaining we were able to stay.
